Christopher Keller, a Toledo, Ohio native, embarked on his real estate career at the age of 28 after transitioning from a factory-based profession. He initially focused on wholesaling properties before expanding into property ownership. Currently, he owns seven rental units and continues to grow his real estate portfolio.

Chris's success in wholesaling paved the way for diverse business ventures and significant residual income through real estate. Today, he oversees three enterprises: Provision Investments LLC, Goya Renovation, and Keller Investments LLC. In addition, he manages 63 properties for investors from across the United States, including Ohio, New York, California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Texas.

Beyond his business achievements, Chris is passionate about empowering the community and the next generation. So passionate he joined the Greater Toledo Realtist organization and is now an active board director. He actively educates youth on asset ownership and financial literacy. Fostering the knowledge, resources, and tools they need to build generational wealth and passive income for themselves and families.

Hi my name is Kyera “ky” Garrett. Real Estate has been one of the most valuable tools in my life to maneuver closer to financial freedom and generational wealth. I purchased my first home/property in 2018. Just years later 2021 I purchased my first plot of land that was zoned for a multi-family unit. When being faced with relocation because of job opportunities, I choose to move to Toledo, Ohio. This is where I then purchased a family home to raise my children. Looking at all these assets in the year 2024 I took a leap of faith on myself started Eras Findings LLC and KSCD properties inc. Then later to joined Beyond Wynns Cleveland closers elite mentorship. In Cleveland I took a year’s worth of one on one training, while partnering and purchasing my first flip investment property. After learning the strategies and tactics needed to succeed, I went back to my home town and purchased two multifamily units. In total acquiring a total of five doors; two doors being apart of a duplex unit, the other three being a triplex.

After being around the Midwest region, the place I know I need to be is here in Toledo, Ohio. The market is investor friendly and not overly saturated, it’s room and potential to grow a monumental real estate portfolio. Not to mention the family like atmospheres of the community. Joining The Greater Toledo Realitist Association and being welcomed with open arms and resources is invaluable. This is why I am proud to say I have acquired my first investment property in Toledo as of  early July 2026, while creating a new avenue to acquire more before the year ends! I also look forward to giving back to the youth and minorities of this community through knowledge and beautifying the community in every area of our town!
